Begining of November 2015, the product characterisation was completed.
Selection of natural acidifer and suitable transducer completed
Middle of October 2015, the selection of appropriate natural acidifiers and the suitable transducers for the use in the ultrasonic himidification Units was succesfully completed.
Machine Demonstration for Asparagus and Berry Cultivation
The FRESH-DEMO Project presented the ultrasonic humidification Technology during the Machine Demonstration organised by the association of Asparagus cultivators in Lower Saxony (Vereinigung der Spargelanbauer in Niedersachsen e.V.) on the 2nd of September 2015 in Kirchdorf (Germany)
Around 100 companies presented and demonstrated machines and Technologies for the Asparagus and Berry Cultivation, Harvest, Storage and Retail.
The FRESH-DEMO ultrasonic humidification could help to reduce the waste Generation and to increase the Quality of Asparagus during storage after harvest.
Technical Meeting in Spain
The Project beneficiaries BIOAZUL and TTZ visited on 9th of September 2015 fruit producing companies located in the South of Spain to prepare the on-site installation of ultrasonic humidification Units for the Project case studies.
