case studies
Case studies with products from Italy are still running.
The transport of peaches, nectarines and table grapes will be finished in September. Afterwards results and evaluation will follow.
6th International Conference Cold Chain Management
Sonja Guttmann, Project manager from ttz Bremerhaven, will present the influence of humidification during transport and storing on products’ quality. In the frame of the 6th International Conference Cold Chain Management in Bonn on June 6-7, 2016, she will present the results of the first case study.

Report on laboratory results completed
The Report on the results of test programmes of the prototypes before installation at the case study sites (assessment of parameters such achieved air humidity, temperature, air flow/aerosol distribution, effect on sample produce) have been completed by End of March 2016.
